Diwalifest 2023 Cultural Events Guidelines
Diwalifest is our community event for the local community. Our goal is to accommodate everyone and ensure that we have a fun and memorable celebration.
- All costumes must be appropriate and will have to be approved by the committee
- The committee may request rehearsal updates from time to time
- It is mandatory to disclose the song and performance details in the registration form
- No item songs
- Minimum age of participants – 6 yrs
- Maximum number of performances for each participant – 1
- Minimum number of participants for kids’ groups – 6
- Maximum number of participants for kids’ groups – 16
- Maximum duration of each kids’ performance – 3 minutes
- Minimum number of adult participants for adults’ groups – 4. Performance time is 2 minutes
- Maximum number of participants for adults’ groups – 16
- Maximum duration of each adults group with minimum 6 participants – 3 minutes
- Please fill the registration form in its entirety.
- All expenses are participants’ responsibility.
- Snacks and water will be available for all participants.
- All participants will be provided with participant certification.
